Planner, Supervisor and Inside Sales Representative (Full time)


As Planner your tasks include the coordination of our service technicians for maintenance of work and services. This includes planning, scheduling, definition of required materials, ordering of required services and equipment, as well as recording the order in the ERP system. You are responsible for the orderly processing of the orders until invoicing.


In this function, you act as an interface between customers and service technicians. You work closely with other departments to generate sales opportunities for modernization and new products. Furthermore, you are responsible for the economic processing of orders.


You supervise field operatives including customer consultation process, spot audits, quality and safety control. You provide technical support and give direction. 


In the role of Inside Sales Representative you are responsible for offering and sales of repairs, retrofits and spare parts.


You calculate the needed working time as well as the materials for service orders. You also support your colleagues with offering and sales of small modifications.


The base therefore are recommendations by service technicians after repairs respectively maintenance of hoists and cranes.  

Technical education and understanding at the area of electrical and mechanical engineering, communication talent as well as English written and verbal are presupposed. Experience in coordination, communication skills and assertiveness are required. Furthermore, you convince with your accurate working style as well as knowledge of MS Office and first experiences with CRM systems. Your passion for sales as well as the passion for working on the PC complement your profile.
