The role of Agreement Renewal Specialist is within the Industrial Service business area, offering service and maintenance solutions for all brands of cranes and machine tools. The purpose of this role is to review new and existing agreements, assess customer requirements, and advise customer of associated costs where appropriate, increasing purchase orders. Focusing on business implications like profit and margin is of great importance, so having these skills is of special interest to us. The work we offer is varied and 2 days are never the same. You may be interested to know that we are the original service provider for Konecranes and Demag equipment.

Your responsibilities:
• Perform Business Review with customer via Skype or phone using yourKONECRANES with a goal of expanding the service agreement and securing the renewal.
• If customer is non-responsive or needs a site visit for further sales opportunities/efforts, the sales case should be turned over to service sales or agreement sales as appropriate.
• Business Review must be performed within 90 days of agreement expiration date. Sales activity is auto generated in CRM.
• Research should be done prior to Business Review to learn about customer and see trends. Should use yourKONECRANES and service analytics.
• Review service products and performance of current Agreements  
• Build an agreement renewal offer using the ROC (Renewal Offer Configurator) based on analysis and agreed profitability & Service Product guidelines
        - Renewal Sales Cases are automatically created three months before the renewal needs to be performed 
• Sell the benefits of the enhanced new agreement to the customer 
• Carrying out follow up calls and management of the Sales Funnel through use of our CRM software ensuring cases are up to date and at the correct stage.
• This role will have the responsibility for meeting assigned sales targets and will require close collaboration with  Branch Managers across the country.
• Creating sales leads based upon consultations with our customers and assigning leads to correct sales resources.
