Parts Sales Representative / Advisor

Here at Konecranes we are recruiting a Sales Advisor – Parts to join our team based at our office in either Banbury or Ashby on a permanent full-time basis. The essence of this role is to provide an exceptional service to our customers with regards to spare parts service, as well as providing support and assisting with all aspects and functions within the Spares Department and Service Department. This is great opportunity to learn about our business not only from a sales perspective but also from a technical standpoint.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with sales enquiries and order handling within the Spares Department through our internal system. (Efecte).
  • The role will liaise with customers and internal departments as appropriate as well as prepare, collate, and issue appropriate documentation.

What should you bring?

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who ideally have quotation or estimation experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or commercial environment. To fly and get up to speed quickly, being proficient in Microsoft Office is required and having used SAP would be a plus and will bring together all the required components to have a very successful and enjoyable career with us!
