The Role:
As the Director, Inside Sales, you will be the linchpin between our Inside Sales teams and senior leadership. This role is pivotal for leading and executing the success of the Inside Sales organization in the Eastern half of the United States. Your analytical acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities will play an essential role in our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Analytics: Spearhead the consolidation of Inside Sales analytics, ensuring data-driven decision-making across all teams.
  • Operational Excellence: Guarantee the uniformity of sales processes across teams, refining and enhancing procedures in collaboration with Inside Sales Managers.
  • Performance Optimization: Evaluate and calibrate sales capabilities, making data-backed staffing recommendations to maximize performance.
  • Commission Oversight: Direct the commission approval process and provide detailed metrics to senior leadership.
  • Process Support: Act as a beacon of knowledge for all process-related inquiries, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
  • Reporting Mastery: Lead the bi-weekly report reviews, ensuring targets and performance metrics align with our strategic goals.
  • Resource Management: Oversee supply and resource allocation, ensuring our sales teams are primed for success.
  • Talent Onboarding: Champion the onboarding and training processes, setting the gold standard for new hires.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Cultivate a collaborative atmosphere, orchestrating regular touchpoints with Inside Sales Managers to foster synergy.
  • CRM & Code Adherence: Uphold rigorous standards in CRM protocols and SP code compliance.
  • Demand Generation: Focus on demand generation and converting early stage leads into active, high-quality pipeline and sales.
  • Team Development: Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional talent. Motivate individuals and teams to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives.


  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing a Sales Team, preferably in Inside Sales.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related fields.
  • Demonstrable experience in sales, operations, or a related leadership role.
  • Mastery over CRM systems and data analytics tools.
  • A proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills.
  • Strength in working cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering on aggressive sales pipeline targets.
