Business Support Specialist

BUSINESS SUPPORT SPECIALIST

(FP&A Analyst)


Location: Budapest
 

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Management reporting of orders, sales, margins, fixed costs, project profitability, financial and operational KPIs
  • Participate in monthly close process (accruals, reviews, etc.) and work closely with business partners
  • Monthly forecasting and supporting the annual and strategic planning – cost budgeting
  • Prepare monthly variance analysis of actuals to forecast and budget, explain and investigate any major discrepancies
  • Analysis of project profitability
  • Management of the cash collection process and maintenance of the credit policy
  • Car fleet management
  • Providing general support to the Controlling Manager

What we are looking for in you:

  • Higher education in finance and economics
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Curious, open-minded and willing to learn and develope
  • Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented
  • Detail oriented and has analytical thinking
  • Able to build strong relationships with business partners
  • Fluent Hungarian language knowledge
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in English
  • Proficient use of MS Office
  • Customer service orientation

 

It's a bonus if:

  • You are familiar with the following software: SAP, Siebel, Onestream
  • You have experience in auditing
