WHO YOU ARE?

 

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar HR role in a multinational company (payroll knowledge and recruitment experience)
  • Good knowledge of English– written and spoken
  • Hungarian knowledge a must, Romanian would be an asset!
  • Knowledge of relative labour laws and regulations
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to plan and organize own work and respond to Employees HR related requests
  • Ability to self-initiate actions & overcoming problems
  • Computer literate
  • Solution driven
  • Success Factors knowledge a plus
  • You have good communication skills and you are able to work in a team
  • You are driven to achieve goals and committed to the tasks performed
  • Service oriented attitude to help others

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

 

  • Act as a first point of contact for local payroll vendor, providing the payroll data, checking timesheets, outstanding holidays, etc.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Run recruitment processes, coordinate EB actions
  • Conduct employee onboarding activities/Buddy Program and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of Company HR policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management in the respective countries (Hungary, Romania, Greece)
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits (Employee Experience)
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
