Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or relevant experience in administration. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, be well organized, prioritize and capable of handling a busy workload with multiple tasks, and work with minimal supervision. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and experience with general office equipment’s are essential.


RESPONSIBILITIES:  This is a key position within the parts group.  This position works closely with our Inside Sales group to ensure accurate information is received from the customers to process the orders and entered into SAP.  The position will require contacting the customer to provide order updates, working with our Analyst and Data Integrity teams to resolve part issues.  Managing the part’s inbox so as to distribute orders and quote requests to the Inside Sales group.


Order Mgmt. Main Responsibilities: 70%


  1. Entering and updating orders in SAP
  2. Contacting customers
  3. Working with Inside Sales team
  4. Working with Analyst and Data Integrity team
  5. Other duties as assigned by Management


    Administration Responsibilities 30%


  1. To assist with Collections, and processing credit checks.
  2. To assist Payables processing, coding and scanning of vendor invoices for FSSC.
  3. To assist daily Invoicing.
  4. To assist in the Quadrem invoicing and RMA’s credit notes
  5. Archiving of job files Konecranes Canada, via Tippet storage
  6. Answer phone


    EDUCATION: College degree, in Business. 


    EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two year experience in the customer service field.



  • Ability to multitask between multiple computer screens and programs
  • Typing skills of 50 wpm or better
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of SAP or equivalent business systems
  • Positive attitude and true willingness to help our customers
  • Provide backup support for the Parts Administrator
  • Must be proficient in both English and French
