At Konecranes and Demag, we are part of a Global organisation that has been in operation for over 80 years. With operations in over 50 countries worldwide, we are currently seeking a passionate, energetic, and engaging Service Planner to join our team.
Based in Canning Vale, and reporting to the Lead Service Planner, you will be responsible for planning and executing service, repair and maintenance work through the assigned team of Technicians in WA.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Planning, prioritisation and scheduling planned work
• Planning un-planned breakdown work with the assistance of Field Supervisors and Service Manager
• Arranging/ordering sub-contracted goods, services and equipment.
• Capturing and controlling job-related costs by way of Time and Material Trackers in provided systems
• Effectively communicating the planning process and timelines to customers, operatives and subcontractors
• Tracking and receiving material orders to facilitate a timely delivery of Orderbook when requisite components are available.
About You:
As a confident, well organised and determined individual, the successful candidate will also possess:
• Planning experience in a similar role is highly desirable
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and effectively prioritise tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and team members,
• Demonstrated ability to plan jobs and develop a work scope
• Excellent time management skills
• Intermediate computer skills with experience working with the Office 365 Suite of products (i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards
