Key Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our Service Sales team in Carol Park QLD. If you have a passion for building relationships, driving sales, and making an impact, we’d love to hear from you.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call on identified key accounts at an appropriate frequency.
  • Network within key accounts to increase contacts, foster better relationships, and deepen account penetration.
  • Grow key account engagement across all ISE products and services.
  • Provide technical and location-specific support to frontline branches for all qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain all account and sales case activity within the CRM tool, including asset data, lead creation, and follow-up.
  • Provide reporting information to internal stakeholders on key account activities.
  • Collaborate with local branches when offering work to ensure alignment with local branch requirements.
  • Identify and develop new large-scale accounts.
  • Perform other duties as identified by the Service Sales Manager or National Sales Manager.

 

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain sales calls in line with key account expectations.
  2. Log all activity, new contacts, and leads in the CRM.
  3. Prioritize and protect key accounts.
  4. Develop action plans for screening and selecting accounts.
  5. Attend scheduled sales meetings with the National Sales Manager.
  6. Communicate all activity, leads, and customer knowledge to the local branch.
  7. Drive growth within identified accounts:
    • Agreement Base
    • Orders Received SP22-29
    • Sales Accounting Value
    • Support the IE team when required.

  • Active engagement in training programs, both nationally and internationally.
  • Build and maintain strong networking relationships within the branch and nationally.

Specialised Requirements – Qualifications/Licences:

  • Proficiency in computer programs: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • In-depth knowledge of service products.
  • High degree of organizational ability.
  • Excellent customer relations skills with a methodical sales approach.
  • Ability to effectively engage with employees.
  • Academic business and management qualifications desired.
