Your role involves working closely with our Business Controller Scandinavia, providing top-notch financial analysis and working closely with business leaders to guide them through economic challenges and opportunities. Your influence will extend over Scandinavia and corporate levels, requiring strong communication skills and a comprehensive approach to both finance and non-finance aspects. This role is a unique opportunity for you who want to develop your skills and experience further within Finance; offering both aspects of business- and financial controlling in a global setting. Main duties for this role will be:
- Month end closing and reporting.
- Analysing performance and operational efficiency.
- Management reporting including proactive P&L analysis.
- Assisting with forecasting and budgeting.
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis.
- Risk analysis.
- Internal control activities.
- Process improvement to increase data quality and working efficiency.
What we are looking for:
- Graduate in Business, Accounting, Industrial Engineering & Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ relevant professional experience within financial accounting, business controlling or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn analysis into actions.
- Great team player and communication skills.
- Results driven and self-going.
- Excellent IT Skills, efficient in excel and powerBI.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbally. Scandinavian language skills are highly meritorious.
You have an inquisitive nature and are not afraid to ask questions. As a person you are accurate and pay attention to detail. Being motivated, organised and proactive comes naturally to you.
