Are you a tech-savvy communicator who loves to share knowledge with technicians and crane operators worldwide? Do you enjoy collaborating with colleagues from various cultures and have no hesitation in taking on new challenges across international projects? If this sounds like you, let’s talk!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Training Design & Execution: Plan and conduct trainings on maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and commissioning of our products. This includes creating and regularly updating training materials using software like InDesign and PowerPoint.

  • Global Technical Training: Deliver high-quality, results-oriented training sessions for both external and internal clients worldwide. You’ll primarily focus on mobile harbor cranes but may also train on other Port Solutions equipment as your technical expertise grows.

  • Expanding a Global Trainer Network: Help expand our international trainer network by training additional trainers and ensuring our quality standards are consistently met.

  • Developing Training Programs: Innovate and evolve our internal training programs to enhance the skills and qualifications of our employees.

  • Customer Interaction: Provide friendly, professional support to customers during visits and, when required, offer technical assistance.

Your Profile:

  • Completed technical training in fields such as Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent, ideally supplemented by certification as a state-certified technician with a focus on Electrical Engineering.

  • Strong technical knowledge of mobile harbor cranes (experience with additional Port Solutions products is a plus) or the motivation to acquire this expertise through self-study and internal training.

  • Proficiency in hydraulics, drive technology, and PLC systems.

  • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and persuasively, tailored to your audience.

  • Intercultural competence, strong English skills (additional languages are a plus), and a readiness for international travel.

  • A self-motivated, height-suitable team player with outstanding service orientation, capable of organizing your field and travel independently. You also enjoy developing new training concepts, materials, and training equipment.

  • Ideally, experience with Learning Management Systems.
