As a social media and digital professional, you make a decisive contribution to ensuring that Konecranes is perceived by candidates as an attractive employer – and that we can inspire the best applicants for us! Strengthen our newly established Talent Acquisition Team for the EMEA Region in Düsseldorf, Wetter (Ruhr) or Dreieich nearby Frankfurt am Main as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/x) and provide important impulses for successful personnel recruitment. Your focus is on the German market.

 

Your tasks:

  • You will develop a comprehensive understanding of the needs and requirements of our departments in terms of personnel requirements and long-term talent planning and gradually build up a talent network from which we can recruit qualified service technicians, engineers, project managers and sales staff. 
  • At the same time, you will support the HR managers on an operational level: For example, you will conduct targeted marketing for the respective area, place job advertisements, make the pre-selection of candidates and pay attention to our key figures when hiring, which includes the promotion of diversity. 
  • As an expert in digital marketing and social media, you will make our employer brand visible on all important channels on which our target groups are on the move: whether it is professional networks such as XING or LinkedIn, rating platforms such as kununu or social media such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. 
  • You use your target group knowledge to identify suitable candidates via online media and recruiting events, actively address them and take over the applicant communication or contact maintenance in an appreciative manner. 
  • Of course, you will also be involved in projects and recruitment initiatives that we carry out at universities and vocational training institutions – always with the aim of strengthening our employer brand and bringing us into the conversation as an attractive employer for promising talents.

 

Your Profile:

  • Completed vocational training, supplemented further professional training, alternatively a bachelor's degree at university in economics or social sciences with a focus on Human Resources
  • Several years of professional experience in the recruitment of junior staff, preferably in a company in the field of mechanical and plant engineering, as well as experience in the development of talent pools and pipelines through marketing and active sourcing of applicants 
  • Specialist know-how in the field of social media, e.g. Instagram, YouTube, Twitter as well as online platforms for professional networks, such as XING and LinkedIn 
  • Fluent spoken and written German and English 
  • You are a communicative and contact-strong, socially competent personality who masters the high art of storytelling, is open to digital trends and new media and likes to achieve excellent results together with others.
