Your key responsibilities主要职责：

• Internal & External communication; 

    内部&外部沟通;

• TIL application/use, TIL material records maintain; 

    TIL应用，及物料进出口记录维护;

• Import & export handing: processing trade, normal trade, and bonded area business import & export handling, make sure the documents quality to the Custom and CIQ for smooth clearance operation. Follow up the shipment schedule and customs clearance process to ensure timely delivery that meets up with the lead time requirements;

    进出口处理：加工贸易，普货，保税区业务进出口处理，确保报关和CIQ文件质量及顺利通关。跟踪提送货进度和清关流程，确保及时交货并符合交货期要求;

• Apply free CCC certificate, relative certificate by Customer, e.g. COO, FORM E, FORM F, etc. Customs & internal Audit coordination;

    申请免3C证书，及客户需要的文件如COO, Form E等。海关&内部审计内部文件协助;

• Obtain delivery proposals and quotations from different suppliers for line manager approval, arrange the local transportation delivery;

    获取不同供应商的交货方案和报价，供直线经理批准，并安排本地运输;

• Handle data maintain in SAP;

    处理&维护SAP数据;

• Check/make billings for all jobs arranged;

    检查/制作所有工作相关的账单;

• Support warehouse records maintain if need;

    协助仓库记录的维护(如需);

• Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations;

    确保完全遵守工厂HSE规章制度;

• Complete other tasks assigned by manager.

    完成经理安排的其他任务。

What should you bring? 任职要求：

• College degree or above

    大专及以上学历                         

• 3 years above working experience-Good command of English

    3年以上工作经验，英语良好                                                                             

• International trade, custom clearance knowledge

    国际贸易及进出口清关常识

• Good command on computer/SAP

    良好的计算机/SAP操作能力

• Team Work

    团队合作

• Good communication

    良好的沟通能力
