As our HR Communications Specialist, you will create compelling content for our intranet, website and social media channels. You will utilize photography, videography and graphic design skills to enhance messaging. You will also assist in developing creative ways to engage and inform people internally and externally. 

 

Your key responsibilities:
•    Design, edit and produce content for internal and online viewing incl. banners, pictures and videos
•    Update intranet (Modern SharePoint) and our website
•    Develop content and design slides on PowerPoint
•    Write internal news
•    Shoot and edit videos
•    Support global HR related events, initiatives and campaigns
In this role, you will report to the Director, Engagement and People Communications, and be part of the Global Talent, Engagement and Rewards team in Human Resources. This is a full-time temporary position (with estimated duration till July 2022).

What should you bring
For this role, we are looking for a creative writer who loves to experiment with new content ideas. To succeed in this role, you would also need to rely on your good understanding of social media as well as on your artistic talent & technical ability for creating and manupulating visual content for various digital channels.

 

In addition, we expect you to have:
•    Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in internal communications, digital marketing or similar major with the relative work experience (2-3+ years), or other educational background with solid work experience in a similar role,
•    Full competency in English (fluent speaking, reading and writing skills)
•    Advanced skills in using Microsoft Office (especially with PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint)
•    Good communication skills including writing, grammar and spelling
•    Experience in making videos and using photos
