As a Leadership Development Specialist in Konecranes, you will have the unique opportunity to further develop and coordinate our existing leadership development offerings and initiatives with a diverse team of specialists. As our Leadership Development Specialist, you will:
- Further develop and coordinate Konecranes leadership development portfolio, ensure relevance and alignment with our organisational strategy and business goals.
- Gain insights from the talent process and ensure that the global learning and development portfolio effectively addresses these needs with appropriate solutions.
- Further develop leadership competencies, collaborate with talent management and HR teams to guide integration into development programs and assessment tools.
- Help further develop the Konecranes leadership framework and principles and blend them into our leadership development programs.
- Design and develop engaging learning solutions, including workshops, online modules, assessments, and case studies.
- Provide consulting and guidance on leadership development to ensure complete alignment with other programs, such as role-based training and Konecranes Way Academy.
- Manage external vendors, consultants, and experts to leverage their expertise and resources for program development and delivery.
- Plan delivery of global leadership development programs together with HR Shared Services.
- Evaluate program effectiveness, gather feedback, and continuously improve our offerings.
- Support all employees' learning needs at Konecranes, fostering a culture of continuous development and growth, including mentoring and coaching programs.
The Team
You will be working within the global Learning & Leadership Development team, which is part of global Talent Management and Engagement. Your role is highly connected, and you will be joining a collaborative environment and interact and build solid relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders (Competency centre, Business HR, Regional HR, Global HR Shared Services). You will report to the Director, Learning & Leadership Development.
To achieve these goals, you:
- 5+ years of experience in leadership development on a global level
- Demonstrated expertise in the conceptual design, implementation, and comprehensive management of end-to-end leadership development programs with a successful track record
- Experience with developing coaching and mentoring programs is desirable
- Possess sound instructional design and curriculum development skills
- Have solid facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
