Field Supervisor

At Konecranes and Demag, we are part of a Global organisation that has been in operation for over 80 years. With operations in over 50 countries worldwide, we are currently seeking an experienced trade qualified electrician to join our team as a Field Supervisor for our FIFO team in Western Australia.

As a result of strong demand for our services, we are now seeking to appoint a Field Supervisor who is willing to travel to the Pilbra region on a regular basis. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will work closely with our technicians to provide outstanding support and service to our customers.

The Role

• Supervise field operatives including customer consultation, spot audits, quality control and safety.
• Assist the Service Manager in determining labour estimates, special tools, requirements or hazards on larger jobs.
• Project Management
• Perform maintenance tasks as required from time to time
• Record faults, potential hazards and exceptions via our Risk & Recommendation method
• Calculate estimated hours of labour and costs for repairs
• Help our customers make informed purchasing decisions by providing your consultation and expertise
• Perform Safety Review and Visit Reviews, and ensure that next steps are documented

• Trade qualified with an electrical license
