As a Service Sales Representative, you will be part of our ISE organization, and you are responsible for “meeting assigned sales targets for repairs, retrofits, hoists and other light lifting equipment, spare parts, in-house repairs, general overhauls and consultation services”. 

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Be responsible for sales cases and/or account actions as needed to support activities generated or identified by inside sales, particularly for priority and protect and develop assigned accounts. 
  • Refer opportunities for other products to other sales resources by creating sales cases.
  • Obtain new customer through any of our products or services, with the goal of signing them to a long term service agreement.
  • Be responsible for selling services products to reach sales target of assigned accounts of the branch. 
  • Use CRM tools to sell project-based services such as Retrofits, Spare parts package, new lifting equipment, Modernization and CRS products.
  • Support the contract base growth of the branch.
  • Support the operation of selected area and conduct Service & Business reviews for assigned accounts.
  • Develop the sales funnel for new service contracts using Siebel CRM.
  • Provide optimized maintenance solutions for customer needs.
  • Complete other duties assigned by line manager.

What should you bring? 

  • Bachelor degree, major in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • At least 3 years’ sales experience in industry-related equipment sales, services sales or relevant. 
  • Familiar with crane industry business is preferred.
  • Good influencing skill to persuade and close the deals.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good English skill in both spoken and written.
  • Willing to travel frequently.
  • Goal oriented and sales driven.
  • Positive attitude and self-confident.
  • Can work well under pressure.
