  • Lead and direct the first shift Receiving Team. This is a working lead position.
  • Assign and re-assign tasks as necessary to.
  • Oversee work of others to ensure that the receipts and put away are done correctly.
  • Train existing and new employees, as needed.
  • Monitor Audit reports and put away to ensure proper procedures are followed.
  • Ensure work areas are cleaned the last 5 minutes of the day
  • Constant attention to detail.
  • Safety Orientated
  • Delegate Work Effectively
  • Ensure Budgeted hours are being met for every project
  • Follow Production Schedule daily
  • Meet completion deadlines based on Production Schedule
  • Complete Weekly Production Report
  • Complete any applicable Quality Documentation in a timely manner

  • Sustain High level of Quality
  • Maintain a 100 % Completion for Every Project



  • High School diploma or GED required. Additional tech school or trade school and/or community college training preferred.



  • Minimum Tacker tests



  • Visual acuity to read directions and prints to inspect parts closely to ensure standards are met
  • Difficult positioning and assembling requiring a high degree of accuracy and dexterity
  • Physical ability to perform work requiring frequent stooping and bending
  • Physical strength to lift and carry 50 pounds frequently
