We are looking for an efficient and service-minded Paralegal to support our legal team with various tasks, in particular in corporate matters related to subsidiaries, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, communicating with stakeholders, organizing and maintaining files etc.


Key Responsibilities includes (but not limited to):

  • Managing statutory requirement in subsidiaries
  • Assisting in IPR related matters
  • Helping in insurance related and risk management related matters
  • Helping in compliance and ethics related matters
  • Draft and proofread legal documents, such as agreements and contracts for legal counsel for further review
  • Research regulations, laws, and legal articles to assist with the preparation of reports, case files, and legal advice
  • Manage, organize, and maintain documents in paper or electronic filing systems (e.g. B-wise and Pactum)


What we expect from you

  • Graduate or equivalent in legal or commercial field and relevant work experience, preferably in a global company
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while delivering high quality results
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to pay attention to details
  • Ability to get things done in co-operation with others within timelines
