Process Owner, Order and Project Management

Your key responsibilities:

  • Communicate with BA PS Local Process Owners and plan development activities
  • Define BA PS needs towards Material Delivery Tribe and Global Process Owners
  • Represent PS in quarterly Tribe planning with Global Process Owners and IT
  • Attend Scrum events, especially the planning meetings, stand-ups, and demo sessions
  • Prioritize Scrum team's backlog based on BA PS needs
  • Drive the testing and refine requirements with stakeholders
  • Ensure development projects match with 1KC IT architecture and roadmap
  • Owner of the Key User Network in your process area and run key user meetings
  • Organize process trainings, user instructions, and process modelling in your process area

What should you bring

For this role we are looking for a person who has experience in ERP tools and material delivery process development. An ideal candidate has an operational business experience complemented with knowledge of process and 1KC tools. To succeed in this role, you should have strong technical and customer-oriented mindset combined with excellent communication skills, continuous improvement, and can-do attitude.

 

We also expect you to have:

  • Strong solution-oriented mindset
  • BSc / MSc in area of Project/Product/Production Management and/or IT
  • Several years working experience in business operations
  • Knowledge of SAP capabilities
  • Knowledge on 1KC process and system development practices
  • Ability to create target state and development roadmap
  • Good team communication skills
  • Open minded and innovative spirit
  • Knowledge of project management
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in collaborating in a wide internal network
  • Ability to operate in a multicultural environment
