We are seeking to hire a Global Process Owner, Product configuration Process. In this role you will have a global ownership for the Product configuration Process. That is including,  global product modelling , configuration process development (specifically defining the requirement for Sales configurator output for generation right BOM in TC& SAP ), In addition, you will be responsible for 1KC product technical feature management process and actual management with help of team members , project management for development projects and process quality management. You will work as part of Product Lifecyle Process Team & other 1KC process development and IT agile team which offers wide view to Konecranes business.
Key responsibilities:
As our Global Process Owner you will have a global responsibility for Corporate product configuration process including technical feature process management for (ETO/CTO) cranes and components, and industrial products where applicable.
•    Product Configuration (Sales, eBOM, mBOM configuration)
•    Define and develop processes across Business Areas
•    Align vision with bordering process areas: sales and material delivery
•    Align vision with system architecture
•    Contribute to system development activities
•    Maintain process mapping, process training material, product process handbook
•    Global product modelling (SAP VC) process development
•    Supporting/training Global & local product modelers (SAP VC)
•    Technical feature management process maintenance  
•    Global TC Product Configurator trainer and support person
•    Teamcenter PC development concepting/ testing/ follow-ups
•    Product configuration process enhancements
•    Work closely with other 1KC process owners  
•    Determine, implement and monitor KPIs
•    Knowledge in Teamcenter Product configurator & SAP VC 
•    Be part of 1KC implementation projects (different training and project events) and training local product modellers and support in building the models

 Developing towards the target state:
•    Guided product configurability definition and implementation model
•    Fit to purpose configuration methods and tools
•    Seamless data flow from sales configuration to mBOM configuration
•    In this role you will work closely with supply and sales process team and IT system development.
What we expect from you
For this role we are looking for a person who has experience in product configuration process as well as a background in product configuration and working in project environment and in cross-functional teams. An ideal candidate has a solid knowledge of engineering process in ETC/CTO area, hands on experience in product engineering or R&D and good understanding of Harmonized Processes (Sales-to-Delivery and Service). To succeed in this role, you should have strong technical and customer-oriented mindset combined with excellent communication skills and can-do attitude.

•    BSc / MSc in area of Mechanical or Electrical engineering with several years working experience
•    Knowledge on harmonizing global processes and system development practices
•    Understanding on reporting and decision-making practices

•    Good people management skills
•    Sound Knowledge in Teamcenter Product configurator & SAP VC 
•    Open minded and innovative spirit

•    Change management skills
•    Fluency in English
•    Experience in collaborating in a wide internal network
•    Special knowledge over the existing systems and future vision on the area
