  • Ensure all site operations are conducted safely, proactively addressing and resolving potential safety risks in collaboration with HSE specialists.

What should you bring?

  • A structured approach to managing operations, with the ability to identify and prioritize key issues effectively. Strong problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Solid experience in operations, ideally with several years in factory or site operations related to crane installations.
  • A thorough understanding of crane installation and erection processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven project management abilities, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
  • Proficiency in English is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to Travel: Flexibility and readiness to travel internationally for more than 30 days per year as part of the role.
