Inside Sales

The Role

Help your customer's industrial cranes and lifting equipment operations become safer and more productive, through the effective delivery of Konecranes' Lifecycle Care approach to preventative maintenance.

Based in Ingleburn NSW and working within Konecranes' Industrial Service division and reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process of inbound Service and Repair opportunities.

Your ability to flourish in a fast paced technical sales environment, whilst not compromising on quality, will contribute greatly to your success as a Konecranes Inside Sales Professional.

 

Main responsibilities:

•Effective product positioning and solution sales to assist your customers achieve their Highest Lifecycle Value of their equipment.

•Drawing up service and repair offers in a timely manner for your customer base.

•Delivery of Service Reviews to your customers as part of our global consultative approach to preventative maintenance.

• Ensuring the CRM is kept up to date and managed correctly.

•Customer consultation in regards to legal and industry related inspection and maintenance requirements.

•Sales Funnel Management, Forecasting and Reporting.

•Contract Renewals.

•Effective Service and Project Handovers to the Service Operations Team.

•Working closely with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of work packages.

 

Successful applicants will possess;

•A technical aptitude.

•An academic qualification or trade qualification - electrical or mechanical, shall be highly regarded.

•Previous Internal or External Sales Experience shall be highly regarded.

•Possess excellent customer relations skills and telephone manner.

•Drive to achieve results and grow your account base.

•Show a high degree of organisational ability and attention to detail.

•Strong ability to work with computer programs and ensure CRM accuracy.
