Your key responsibilities主要职责：

• Finish routine instructions from production supervisor and execute plan details;

                  及时完成生产主管的常规指令和具体实施计划；

• Control capacity balance within section. Responsible for production quality, safety, work hours collection within section;

                  做好工段内部做好产能平衡，负责统计生产质量、安全、工时；

• Operate relevant machines, tools and equipment, and execute safely standard and complex production tasks;

                  操作相关机器、工具和设备，安全的执行标准性及复杂的生产任务；

• Coordinate with other work sections and related departments;

                  协调与其它工段、相关部门的沟通；

• Be responsible for recording and reporting the production process in SAP system every day, including production process and abnormal condition that need to be explained;

                  负责每天在系统里对生产过程进行记录和汇报，包括生产情况和异常现象等需要说明的事情；

• Be able to check product drawings, confirm welding turns and dimensional control, determine product welding quality problems, analyse root causes and solve them;

                  识别产品图纸，确认焊接顺序与尺寸控制，判定产品焊接质量问题，分析产生根本原因并进行解决；

• Coach and guide junior operators, in addition to helping to use production equipment or solve problems, also can coach and analyse the current work process to improve production efficiency of the entire section;

                  辅导和指导初级工人，帮助使用生产设备或解决问题。教导和分析当下的工作流程，提高整个工段生产效率；

• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.

                  完成上级主管安排的其他工作。

What should you bring? 任职要求：

• Technical school, vocational high school, technical secondary school degree or above, major mechanical and electrical related fields;

                    技校、职高、中专及以上学历，机电类相关专业；

• More than 5 years of working experience in related industries, preference will be given to those with experience in crane or steel structure fabrication;

                   5年以上相关行业工作经验，起重机或钢结构制造经验者优先；

• More than 2 years of team management experience;

                   2年以上一线班组管理经验；

• Familiar with a variety of welding methods, possessing a classification society-level welder qualification certificate, and possessing the level of a senior welder or welding technician;

                   熟练多种焊接方式，有船级社级焊工资格证，具备高级焊工或焊接技师水平；

• Understand welding methods, welding symbols, welding material usage requirements and other related knowledge;

                  了解焊接方法、焊接符号、焊接材料使用要求等相关知识；

• Understand the weld quality standard ISO5817;

                  理解焊缝质量判定标准ISO5817；

• Master the following equipment operation CO2 welding machine, butt welding equipment, girder box-up machine, fillet welding machine, floor crane, etc;

                  掌握以下设备操作：CO2焊机、对接焊设备、压梁机、角焊机、地操行车等;

• Strong sense of work responsibility, proactive and hard-working;

                  工作责任心强，积极主动，吃苦耐劳；

• Have good teamwork spirit;

                  具备良好的团队合作精神；

• Ability to adapt to a collective working environment with division of labor and collaboration.

                  能适应分工协作的集体作业环境。
