WARRANTY HANDLER
 

Scope of responsibilities:

• Cooperation with SAP purchasing department as membership of this team.
• Acceptance, registration and verification of reported defects on completed investments. Organization and coordination of the troubleshooting process.
• Possible participation in technical inspections of equipment, making notes, reports and inventory. Technical analysis of project documentation and verification of applications.
• Preparation of letters as part of ongoing correspondence with customers, subcontractors alternatively investors.
• Correspondence with factories and external suppliers in cooperation with the operational department
• Archiving all documentation related to specific warranty issue.
• Ordering the necessary parts and cooperation with purchasers

Requirements:

• Good English written and verbal communication skills,
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in technical industry
• Aesthetic sense, attention to detail, initiative and proactiveness in activities,
• "Can do" attitude and readiness to learn,

• English - C1/B2 level.

3. Zostałam/łem poinformowana/ny przez Administratora Danych Osobowych, tj. Konecranes and Demag Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Gdańsku (kontakt: ul. Azymutalna 9, 80-298 Gdańsk) o tym, że:

• Podanie danych osobowych w CV jest dobrowolne, lecz konieczne do przeprowadzenia procesu rekrutacyjnego. Konsekwencją niepodania danych osobowych będzie brak możliwości przeprowadzenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego. Dane osobowe przetwarzane będą na podstawie art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. a i c Ogólnego rozporządzenia o ochronie danych osobowych z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 (RODO).
• Przysługuje mi prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych osobowych oraz prawo ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu, prawo do cofnięcia zgody na ich przetwarzanie w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem.
• Dane osobowe będą przechowywane do momentu zakończenia prowadzenia rekrutacji, nie dłużej jednak niż przez 3 lata od dnia przesłania CV.

Moje dane osobowe nie będą podlegały zautomatyzowanemu przetwarzaniu.
