Sales Manager


To sell company product and service all customers in the assigned sales territory in order to achieve the sales budget assign to each of them.



  • Manage the sales staff / Sales engineers and oversee the day to day sales activities and give guidance and also to ensure the sales budget is met. Provide periodic appraisal for the staff and also give on time feed back to the staff. Identify the selling skills and product knowledge required by the staff to perform their assigned roles.
  • To develop sales technique and method different customer behaviour and requirements so as to achieve personal sales budget and goals agreed.
  • To perform standard sales function which includes sales prospecting, following up on sales leads, making presentations, assessing customers’ needs and offering solutions with submission of quotation and negotiation, in order to secure orders.
  • To coordinate with Project Department for timely delivery of sales commitment as per contract agreed with customers.
  • To plan and execute sales management for all customers for the purpose of account penetration and retention.
  • To monitor payment due dates for each account, thereafter follow-up closely with customers to collect payment timely in order to meet company’s Account Receivable objectives and deadlines.



Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing or Engineering or a related technical field or equivalent.

5 to 7  years of field sales experience in an industrial environment.

Delivering results and meeting customer satisfaction.
