  • Daily work will consist of planning electrical routing, gather material & tools to perform the work and leading a crew of electricians to assemble all electrical aspects of the crane/equipment. 
  • Arrive to construction sites before sub-contractor crews to verify delivery of material and equipment.  Stay onsite after install crew to demobilize and ship tools and equipment from the site
  • Maintain strong communication with the project team, Lead Site Superintendent, Construction Manager, in accordance with established practices.
  • Print and prepare document packages
  • Ability to research and procure materials and tools local to the project
  • Maintain all company issued equipment, vehicle (if applicable) and assets in a safe and proper working order. Operate tools, equipment and vehicles in a safe and responsible manner. Notify supervisor of any deficiencies for resolution.
  • Maintain uniforms in a clean and presentable manner.
  • Follow all established safety rules and procedures, including those established by the customer and have a strong commitment to safety
  • Participate in monthly safety meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.



  • Must have and maintain a good driving record, including a valid driver's license.
  • Must be willing and able to work at elevations
  • Must be able to work varied overtime
  • Must be team oriented, solutions driven, customer focused and a self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Able to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics and BOM’s.  Strong electrical aptitude is a plus
  • Read, understand and apply the contents of all NEC, OSHA, ANSI, CMAA and other codes or regulations pertaining to our industry. Refresh and update knowledge periodically.
  • Possibility to expand role during non-construction windows to include other services as deemed necessary by supervisor



EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required. An Associate's degree in Industrial Electrical/Mechanical Technology or related field or equivalent vocational/technical training and experience is a plus.



EXPERIENCE: Five (5) + years experience as an industrial electrician with experience on overhead material handling equipment is a plus
