As we now continue to strengthen our ability to meet current and future customer demands, drive profitable growth in a highly competitive and fast changing environment we are looking for a Technical Product Support for our Service department. 
 
What we expect from you
The main tasks are to provide technical support via telephone and e-mail to our agents and customers, process and follow up guarantees / complaints, set up access in our web portal for dealers, run certain projects and create written instructions.
You will be responsible for the support in your own markets / countries where you will be an important cog in helping and developing our customers and resellers. Regular visits to customers / retailers are expected.
You will provide technical support in many areas such as electrical, software, hydraulic and structural concerns. 
 
What should you bring?
We are looking for an enterprising, responsible and service-oriented person with high social skills who is passionate about technology and helping others. You are thorough and structured at the same time as you are flexible and humble in front of a task. 

You have experience from giving remote support, good skills in working in various IT systems and you find it easy to learn new ways of working. You are good at collaborating but can also work independently, make your own decisions and create and nurture customer relationships.

It is a requirement that you have a broad technical background, preferably from heavy mobile equipment, with good knowledge in electronics, control systems, hydraulics and mechanics. 
You need to have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work with many different stakeholders. You are fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing. Additional languages are meritorious.
You have a B driving license and it is also possible for you to travel abroad with some forethought. It is estimated that you have about 30-40 travel days per year.
