Location: New Berlin, WI

Business Unit: AME Supply

Duties:  This individual will work with existing overhead cranes/hoists in the Konecranes – AME Supply business.  Specific responsibilities include, updating legacy drawings, Engineering Change Notices, generation Bills of Material, creating new assemblies, replacing and modernizing obsolete components, developing spare parts packages, analysing costs and interfacing with Manufacturing, Assembly, Procurement, vendors and customers.  This position will report to Lead Product Engineer – Mechanical – AME Supply.

Qualifications:  The successful candidate must be enrolled in the 2022 Fall semester and have completed 2 years in the Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or the Biomedical (BME) degree program.  Educational experience in mechanical drive systems is a plus.  The candidate must be self-motivated, creative, organized, manage multiple projects simultaneously, computer literate and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
