Our team is looking for a


Finance Process Analyst


Your main job tasks will include:


  • Developing and harmonizing GR/IR process in Konecranes
    • Develop GR/IR best practice model.
    • Setting up and maintaining of instructions and training materials.
    • Providing trainings to end-users.
    • Setting up reporting and analytics.
    • Supporting RPA developments for a more efficient process.
  • Analyze and follow-up of GR/IR discrepancies for various Konecranes Business Units
    • Contacting different end-users and stakeholders in the GR/IR process, (buyers/controllers/FSSC) to decide on required actions.
    • Supporting buyers, FSSC and controllers with GR/IR queries.
    • Solving errors and facilitating process improvements.
    • Organize meetings with key stakeholders when needed for better follow up.


Finance Process Analyst will be reporting directly to the FSSC Development Manager, as part of the Finance Transformation Team. And working closely together with the FSSC development team, US Finance Process Analyst and the Global AP Process Owner.


We are looking for someone who:


  • has experience with SAP Finance module and GR/IR process.
  • has a hands-on working mindset and attitude.
  • is self-driven to take action and set up best-practice process.
  • can think analytically and is solution driven.
  • has an academic degree in economics / finance or similar.
  • is skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • is fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.


What is considered as a strong plus:


  • knowledge of Konecranes finance and procurement processes;
  • experience/knowledge of process improvement methodologies;
  • experience in project management;
  • experience as a trainer;
