Industrial Quality Specialist – New Berlin

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The individual will be responsible for overall quality development and implementation of our current ISO 9001-2015,  Nuclear 10CFR50 App. B  and NQA-1 quality systems as required to review and  process quality documentation from approved suppliers, resulting in the creation of a complete documentation package complying with customer order and specification requirements. Maintain and review all aspects of ISO Quality Registration, including handling internal ISO Management Review meetings. Individual will also maintain the monthly SAP notification meetings for review and closing of nonconformances, assist with the PCAR Corrective Action system, and chair lessons learned meetings for completed projects for continuous improvement of processes. Assist with the development of Quality procedures and forms, coordinate internal and external audits and handling training changes, establishing new quality procedures and tracking any changes across numerous departments including Engineering, Supply chain, Manufacturing, Customer Service and Sales.

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 2+ years of related experience required. Experience in ISO

9001:2015. Related Quality certifications and knowledge of nuclear quality systems are a plus. Experience with SAP preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication as well as strong computer, organizational, project management and technical

writing skills are a must. Ability to communicate with people on all organizational levels. Lean Six Sigma

experience preferred.  Willing to train the right individual on Nuclear 10CFR50 quality standards.  Experience within an industrial production/manufacturing setting strongly preferred.

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must be willing to travel up to 10% domestic

EDUCATION:  Bachelor’s degree required. Related experience will be considered in lieu of formal degree.
