JOB DESCRIPTION

 

POSITION TITLE:     Training & Technical Support Coordinator

 

REPORTS TO:          Manager of Customer Training & Technical Support

 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Coordinate and maintain Customer trainings with local management.

           

  • Schedule courses and track progress through program.  Coordinate attendance at training with local management while ensuring timely completion of the training program.

           

  • Update schedules and validate training attendees.

           

  • Schedule instructors for various general educational classes.

           

  • Manage and coordinate order bookings and sales for Customer Training and Technical Support.

           

  • Manage and maintain training materials.

           

  • Maintain records and database of required and completed training courses.

           

  • Main contact for customer training and call forwarding for technical support related inquiries.

           

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

 

 

EDUCATION:             Associate’s degree in related area required.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.

 

EXPERIENCE:           Must have 6 months to 1-year of experience in Coordinator role.

 

OTHER

REQUIREMENTS:     Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and SAP.  Must have professional telephone skills, good interpersonal skills and multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities.  Must have the ability to work in fast-paced, always changing environment.  Must have the ability to work with all levels of the organization.
