 Your key responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of experts in SAP FICO and PS area OR assisting the Lead/Manager in this.
  • Team’s work planning, mentoring, escalation handling, shift rostering, resource management
  • Ensure team is motivated and internal conflicts are handled appropriately
  • Periodic Management Reporting
  • Assist in annual budgeting
  • Contributing in and driving Incident Management, Request Management, Change Management, Problem Management for your area of responsibility
  • Taking ownership of ticket handling process as per guidelines / best practices and ensuring to see that set KPIs are achieved for yourself and team
  • Taking ownership as Major Incident Manager in times of critical/high priority tickets (major incidents) in your area
  • Provide necessary support to colleagues during critical support situations
  • Contribute in continuous improvement ideas for improving efficiency and overall teamwork
  • Act as the technical point of contact to analyze and fix complex application and systems issues
  • Review all internal process documents and ensure they are up to date
  • Ensure effective communication and positive rapport with all stakeholders, especially with FI/CO/PS Cluster Team.
  • Performing role of technical lead and approving the Charm’s by applying the needed technical knowledge
  • Ensuring that the induction and KT plan for new joiner are documented
  • Ensure there is at least working knowledge of VIM and Travel Management within entire team.
  • Ensure that all the integrations with FICO & PS module are ongoing without any issues
  • Contributing in various SAP projects as per need and at client location as necessary
  • Adhering to defined company policies, values and code of conduct
  • Ensure way of working that complies with audit requirement 


What we expect from you:


  • Must have good configuration / customization knowledge of FICO & PS module
  • Must have sound knowledge of IDOC/EDI handling
  • Must have worked on all submodules of FICO like AA, GL, AP, AR, Tax, Bank, CCA, PCA, CO-PA, Product Costing etc.
  • Must have knowledge about P2P and O2C cycle with journal entries
  • Good understanding on integration with SD, MM, PP, QM, VC, HR
  • Good to have understanding on VIM and Travel Management
  • Good to have complete understanding of business processes like ETO, CTO, MTO, MTS etc.
  • Good to have knowledge of user exists and developments related to customer specific needs i.e. preparing FS document, testing, training to users and process of ChaRM
  • Good to have knowledge about ITIL and Solution Manager
  • Good to have earlier exposure on Implementation / Upgrade / Rollout projects
  • Good to have knowledge on S/4 HANA, RPA, Test Automation
  • Nice to have awareness about ISO 14001, 45001 requirements
