We are now looking for an Operation Support Trainee who is passionate about working in back office support Department.  In this role, you will be responsible for service review content and process and for meeting assigned sales targets.

Your key role:

  • Creation/Updation of the new customer accounts in SAP/Siebel though FSSC team.
  • Responsible for Warranty Asset data compilation and assets creation/updation in Siebel.
  • Responsible for Maintaining of YourKonecranes user access to all active Agreement Customers and internal users.
  • Responsible for manual VoC entering for Bangladesh customer’s service feedbacks in VoC portal.
  • Siebel and SAP support to branch team, if required, in coordination with Key Users.
  • Communications with branches towards Siebel/SAP updates received from Global Team.
  • Any other branch support required through HO.

 

Qualification: BSC/BCA

Experience: 1 – 3 years
