Position Description
The Administrator GHRSC is part of a global team delivering centralised HR Shared Services for internal customers. In our team we are committed to building strong relationship with customers and providing the best customer experience. As a team, we handle customer queries and transactions in HR information system with a high level of expertise, accuracy and sense of urgency, we help each other to succeed, we put customers first and consider customer's perspective and needs when driving for better and pursuing continuous development of processes and tools.
We are now looking for the person who is motivated to join our team and contribute to the team success and service excellence. In this role, you will be based in Pune office and in line with company's hybrid working policy you are expected to work 3 days a week on-site and 2 days remotely. You will work primarily in a day shift, however as you will be part of the global team supporting different time-zones, we expect you to have flexibility to work occasionally in a night shift (18.30-3.30) when backing up team members during planned leaves.
Your key responsibilities
- Provide full functional support for the defined service domain: Employee lifecycle services, Organisational management, and technical consultation (L2 support) to HR information system end-users.
- Maintain employee data following agreed HR processes (hires, terminations, employment information changes etc)
- Maintain company organisational data.
- Consult and support internal customers regarding usage of HR information system by responding to customer queries coming via our HR ticketing, calls, and chat tool.
- Manage incoming service requests in ServiceNow -ticketing system in a professional and timely manner.
- Build relationship and collaborate with stakeholders and HR colleagues from different regions
- Contribute to teamwork, share information with team members and maintain internal documentation used by the team.
- Participate in system testing (regular SAP SuccessFactors releases as well as customized system enhancements or new features/modules to be implemented by the company)
- Continuously contribute to process improvement and to developing the offer and service to maximize the value and increase business performance.
- In close collaboration with domain's Process Specialist(s) and Team Lead, contribute to key initiatives supporting implementation of business development roadmap and strategy.

What should you bring?
- For this role we are looking for a well-organized and enthusiastic person who has a total work experience of min 1,5 years.
- Higher education, preferably in HR field (bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent)
- experience of working in a customer service environment, preferably in HR Operation.
- experience from managing master data.
- background from working in a global company and virtual teams is preferred.
- Knowledge of HR data management system, ideally in SuccessFactors but other HRIS (Oracle etc.) are also considered.
- Work fluently in English (written, spoken)
- Previous exposure to information systems like SeviceNow, Jira/Tracker or other IT tools
- Good excel skills, experience from working with other MS tool (Ms Forms, Power Apps) is appreciated.
- Readiness to work in night shift upon request, on occasional basis.
- Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards
