KPI:

  1. Overall identification and assessment of the automation opportunities and execution measured as per global KPIS
  2. building and deliver as per roadmap on time and accurately to make business impact with high complexity
  3. Enable overall improvement in process simplification and quality of output
  4. Deliver on global projects which has a bearing on supplier quality and improve savings

Education Required: Post Graduation in Technology/PGDBM

 

Professional Experience Required (Max – Min.): 4-7 + years

Skills:

  • Proven technical experience in developing automation solutions using robotics tools like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UIPath
  • 4-5 end-to-end RPA implementations preferred
  • Experience in managing new development projects (from the technology/architecture point of view) is highly preferred
  • Ability to develop solution (along with alternatives) to automate the business process using RPA platforms
  • Experience in managing new development projects (from the technology/architecture point of view) is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement tools like KAIZEN, Lean 6 sigma etc
  • Relationship management from off shore model perspective
  • Functional knowledge of Procurement processes

Role and Responsibility:

  • Able to understand user/business requirements to complete robust technical solution
  • Assist in definition of project scope, requirements and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Analyze business process and come up with suggestions for automation using various tools and technologies
  • Review available documentation for automation requirements and ask clarifying questions if needed
  • Create documents for RPA projects (Solution Design Document, Business Requirement Document, Analyze Applications Used etc.)
  • Review incremental progress with a process SME to validate functionality and correct if needed
  • Submit automations for review and make changes as required; re-test automation after changes if necessary
  • Support Project Manager in Automation PM activities associated with Solutioning
  • Create development standards and promote reuse of code.  Develop RPA automation as per best practices
  • Work on Installations and setups of RPA tools
  • Participate in managing Business Process releases through Release Document reviews
  • Coordination of the development effort between the different teams and the different products
  • Conduct problem analysis and root cause investigation
  • Proactive and provide quick turnaround to business requirements and management requests
  • Have a strong foundation to understand business processes, practices and procedures
  • Are a team player who likes to interact and communicate with different types of people across a large international organization
  • Take a structured yet pragmatic approach to challenges ahead of you
  • Are target oriented and self-driven with good execution skills
  • Have a positive mindset towards change giving you also the ability to help in facilitating changes
