General Job description:

Day-to-day tasks within the operational goals and standards area with direct and long-term impact on the field of Global Procurement Master Data

Planning and coordination of MDM tasks including problem solving by updating and modifying existing working methods and improve the quality of master data

Communication with internal and external stakeholders / suppliers regarding master data changes and influencing the alignment

Harmonizing data and creating structure for data architecture with close co-operation with IT

KPI:

  • Deliver on agreed data analysis of data mapping and hierarchy related issues
  • Continuous improvement projects – reduce time and cost to combine data from different source systems
     

Technical Competence:

 

  • SAP MM and MDM key user knowledge. Additional modules on SD or FICO will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of Procurement master data and related processes
  • Any other ERP or related system knowledge is an advantage
  • Knowledge of process improvement and automization is an advantage 
  • Excellence knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PPT, Power App, Access, Teams and SharePoint as example)
  • System integration and data hierarchy understanding
  • Tools of Power BI, Qlikview besides MS Access/Excel knowledge
  • SQL server and data extraction will be an added advantage
  • Analytical cababilities

  • Experience in handling global stakeholders and supporting global organization
  • Problem solvers, who are flexible and creative in finding solutions
  • Strong quantitative skills with ability to successfully manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge on supply chain management, including RFP & eProcurement processes
  • Very strong communication with networking skills
  • Self-starters, self-motivated and can work with minimal direction
  • Positive attitude with quality mindset

Role and Responsibility:

  • Harmonizing data for any report, process or analyse on-going in Procurement Back office or Procurement service center
  • Analyze and present complex data in to meaningful decision-making information
  • Create understanding of Procurement related data architecture and gap analysis
  • Mapping data flows and combining data from multiple source systems
  • Participate in global projects with global team and deliver results
  • Adhoc operational analysis
