Design Engineer

Candidate with hands on expericnce of SolidWorks 2022 & AutoCAD with Min. 3  to 4 years of design experience in field of Crane Industry / Lift Trucks Industry/ Material handling equipment / Special Purpose Machines or any heavy engineering industry.

Skill sets required.

• Good English Communication in both spoken and written.
• Hands on experience in Solid Works (Assembly, part, Sheetmetal, drafting) & AutoCAD drafting.
• Hands on experience in TeamCenter or any other PDM system.
• Good knowledge of welding, manufacturing processes, GD & T (ASME Y14.5) & hydraulics.
• Experience in Solid works routing module would be preferable.
• Good knowledge of basics of Engineering principles.
• Ability to work on site in Europe for 3 months in a row.
• Ability to work in team and co-ordinate with overseas team.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards

Key Responsibilities.

• Study and understand the project/order specifications as well as details of project and co-ordinate with cross functional teams.
• Prepare Production drawings & 3D Models as per Konecranes practices or guidelines.
• To understand, interpret, conceptualise, the project requirements, design and prepare manufacturing drawings accordingly.
• Manage design data in TeamCenter with Solid works & AutoCAD.
• To plan his own activity within the project to reach desired targets, with good quality and time reporting in system and Manager.
• To keep proper and effective communication between team members.
• Adhere to all Konecranes policies.
• Early joining will be preferable.

• Hands on experience on PDM integrated CAD software Solidworks 2020 and above versions.
