Job description    

      

Are you interested in working within the core of Lifting Businesses and Digitalization? Konecranes’ vision is to know in real time how millions of lifting devices and machine tools perform and to use this knowledge around the clock to make our customers’ operations safer and more productive. Konecranes IT’s role is to connect the data from cranes, Lift Trucks, hoists and business processes. We develop and operate services that make that data available to customers, service technicians and use analytics to identify new business opportunities.

 

The Executive Assistant position is a part of the Global team that ensures business and administrative support across all functions.

 

We are looking for Executive Assistant with strong relevant experience of 6-8 years. Desired qualification is Graduation.

 

Your responsibilities are

 

  • Exhibit Konecranes Core values and code of conduct into each action
  • Manage all executive level administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, conference calls, organizing and maintaining diaries and appointments
  • Organizing monthly review meetings and keep track on MoM’s
  • Ensure periodical internal audit and submit the observations to the Director to define the strategies to mitigate the concerns
  • Organize and coordinate leadership events.
  • Preparation of research papers, reports, policy documents and proposals for consideration as required.
  • Co-ordination with the accounts dept for monthly reports and concerns with respect to cost allocation, revenue generation, tax filing reports etc.
  • Reconciliation of reports, presentations and review it for necessary recommendations to the Director
  • Collaboration with the Global Stakeholders to manage & organize the meetings
  • Understanding & articulating the business requirements from the Global Stakeholders
  • Support the Director with special projects as guided
  • Keeping track of all the planned or ongoing projects and to submit the progress reports in periodical manner
  • Review the data of Manpower Planning periodically in consultation with the respective stake holders
  • Review and response to the notices sent by government officials or SEZ authorities
  • Follow up with the stake holders for objective settings, skill mapping, EES, resource allocation etc.
  • Managing SharePoint effectively

  • Should have good communication (verbal, written) and presentation skill
  • Analytical and problem-solving techniques
  • Nice to have experience in interacting with global stakeholders
