Job Description

Job Title: IT Supervisor – Global IT Support

Reports To: Manager - Global IT Support

Reporting Positions: 6-7

Education Required: Graduate from Computer Science/ IT (B.Sc, BCA, BCS, BE)

Professional Experience Required (Max-Min.): 5–10 yrs

Role and Responsibility:

  • Exhibit Konecranes Core values and code of conduct into each action
  • Encourage customers’ feedback and assist Manager to analyze the same 
  • Develop healthy professional customer relationship
  • Align and realign actions based on customers’ feedbacks, inputs from management 
  • Manage the team and assist them with day to day tasks
  • Identify Training needs and deploy training on required skill enhancement.
  • Responsible for Major Incident Resolution and Communication Process
  • Draft the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) ·
  • Assist Helpdesk Manager in Escalation Management
  • Recording and managing people issues and escalating when necessary. Managing team deliverables.
  • Co-ordination with HR and other departments on a need basis

Responsible for Team’s KPI
