Key expectations:

 

  • 8-15 years of experience in support service delivery process, preferably in area of Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Integration areas.
  • Exhibit Konecranes Core values and code of conduct into each action
  • Good Experience in Service management and ITIL (incident management, request management, problem management, change management) for application services
  • Handling multiple teams with varied technology
  • Strong execution power and interest to proactively develop services with internal team and external vendors and ability to coordinate and steer their work
  • Ensure to fulfil the KPIs like SLA, TAT, Ageing, Quality Audits, etc. based on management’s expectations and guidance
  • Good proven team and people management skills
  • Performance Reporting to Higher management
  • Assist peers, superiors, other IT staff members in day to day activities whenever appropriate
  • Deliver any other tasks as per superior’s instructions and guidance
  • Must be capable of handling escalations
  • Knowledge exchange with the support teams and application teams in Finland
  • Take ownership of the incident management processes and enable strong cooperation across teams
  • Accountability for Knowledge Management
  • Develop healthy professional customer relationship
  • Align and realign actions based on customers’ feedbacks, inputs from management
  • Manage the team and assist them with day to day tasks
  • Identify Training needs and deploy training on required skill enhancement.
  • Responsible for Major Incident Resolution and Communication Process
  • Draft the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) ·
  • Collaborate with Helpdesk Manager and other application Managers
  • Recording and managing people issues and escalating when necessary.
  • Managing team deliverables.
  • Co-ordination with HR and other departments on need basis
  • Awareness about ISO 14001, 45001 requirements’

  • Working knowledge with significant exposure to ETL / ELT technology with firm grasp on the tools used in the solutions
  • Adept with cloud based BI solutions & platforms such as Azure
  • Positive, innovative and openminded
  • Action, development, quality and results oriented and good at prioritization
  • have good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with ability to influence people in a matrix organization / virtual team
  • Proactive attitude of implementing continuous improvements
  • Have tolerance to cope with dynamics of changing environments
  • Able to lead projects when needed
  • Must have experience in managing team with multiple applications and technologies
