Your key responsibilities:


  • Create and maintain Teamcenter PLM & Design/CAD Tools instructions, training and e-learning materials.
  • Create Learning path with different types of trainings, short videos, e-learnings and online training session for end users.
  • Provide Teamcenter trainings to end users.
  • Act as a single point of contact for key users from business related to Teamcenter updates and learning.
  • Collaborate with application development and IT support teams to resolve topics raised from key users or end users.
  • Communicating to end-users about available self-help materials (like user instructions), support models, releases, available trainings, maintenance breaks, etc.
  • Proactively guarantee end user satisfaction and effective use of Teamcenter system by arranging training, maintaining training materials and communication.
  • Conduct end user satisfaction survey. Analyse the feedback and discuss & follow-up with Platform or Scrum teams to define action items for improvement.
  • Ensure alignment and sharing of the best practices with the global Technologies Communications team.
  • He/she would be responsible to monitor different communication channels between platform and end users like Yammer.


What we expect from you: 


  • Bachelor’s Degree in any domain
  • Excellent communication skills as the job requires daily interactions with colleagues based in different countries/locations.
  • Good Technical background with Professional experience desirable in communication field
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with a globally distributed team
  • Team player and service focused mindset and training is your passion
  • A few years of experience in a relevant communications role
  • Interest on developing processes and methods in your responsibility area
  • Digital literacy, comfortable using MS office tools, digital tools and media
  • Expertise with Office 365 or similar products
  • Knowledge about Teamcenter, Design/CAD tools, engineering processes and Product Data Management is considered as an advantage
  • Knowledge about Agile development methodologies is considered as an advantage
  • Awareness about ISO 14001,45001 requirements
