Senior Consultant - EAI AMS

Company: Konecranes and Demag Pvt Ltd.

 

KPI:  TAT, SLA, Ageing, Quality Audits, Tracker development

Reports To: Manager – D2K AMS

 

Education Required: Graduate from Computer Science/ IT

Professional Experience Required (Min - Max.): 2-4 yrs

 

Role and Responsibility:

  • Exhibit Konecranes Core values and code of conduct into each action
  • Monitoring of the platform by using the Monitoring tool and reacting to the alerts.
  • Handling service requests and incidents: Receiving the tickets and resolving them through Service now and Tracker.
  • Dell Boomi and MQ system maintenance, administration and configuration. (New Patches/certificate updation etc.)
  • Performing the QA and production deployments when requested.
  • Supporting the projects in development and testing in the development and QA environments.
  • Implementation of change when requested.
  • Any adhoc request coming from other applications for monitoring / support in any environments.
  • Providing monthly report on Interfaces/system availability.
  • Updating work log and task performed in the trackers for each Incident.
  • Participate into Critical Incident resolution and communication process.
  • Develop healthy professional customer relationship
  • Analyze the repetitive Incidents and addressing the root causes in order to either reduce/ eliminate repetitive Incidents or enhance efficiency in handling those.
  • Ensure to fulfill the KPIs like SLA, TAT, Ageing, Quality Audits, etc. based on management’s expectations and guidance
  • Align and realign actions based on customers’ feedbacks, inputs from management.
  • Assist peers, superiors, other IT staff members in day to day activities whenever appropriate.
  • Deliver any other tasks as per superior’s instructions and guidance

Competencies and Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of message oriented middleware.
  • Dell Boomi development /Support experience is required.
  • Production monitoring & support experience is required.
  • Expertise in handling/processing complex XML Schemas.
  • Good knowledge of Integration life cycle & Methodology.
  • Understanding on integration with SAP.
  • Experience of migration project is added advantage
