We are recruiting an Estimator to be based at one of our offices in either Aylesford, (Kent), Banbury, Thornbury (Bristol) or West Bromwich within our Industrial Service division, this is a full-time permanent position, reporting to the Inside Sales Manager.

You will prepare quotes for repair work, review the Service Technician's service reports, produce quotations for remedial works and submit these to the customer.

Key Responsibilties

  • Consult daily with our Inside Sales team.
  • Manage the Sales Funnel through use of our CRM software ensuring cases are up to date for the stages that an estimator manages.
  • Create sales leads and assigning leads to correct sales resources.
  • Estimate for repair work within our service branch Branches
  • Review the Service Technician's service reports
  • Obtain parts offers from our suppliers / Stores department
  • Submit quotations for remedial works to our customers

 

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience is required in estimating for service repair work 
  • Administrative experience
  • IT skills
  • Enjoys team work in a busy service office.
  • Meet weekly performance targets /deadlines.
  • Be able to work on multiple tasks at the same time.
