Konecranes, a world leading group of Lifting Businesses™, is looking for ambitious, confident, and motivated individuals for our new Chain hoist sales strategy. We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team as a Chain Hoist Sales Resource. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of chain hoists, providing technical support and ensuring seamless integration into customers' ERP systems. You will be focused on building and maintaining relationships with key customers.


Tasks and Responsibilities:

This individual will spearhead our chain hoist plan, supplementing it with qualified new business prospects, while forging robust professional connections across the Sales and Marketing divisions.

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for chain hoists to increase revenue and market share.
  • Provide technical support to customers regarding chain hoist products and their integration into ERP systems.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and quotes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events to promote chain hoist products.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.




Academic Degree: Bachelors Degree in business-related studies


  • Maintain daily activities in customer relationship management tools by tracking calls, emails, and interactions with prospects and customers.
  • Work closely with Marketing to both develop and leverage strategic campaigns to drive pipeline revenue and provide feedback channel for greater traction of message.


Professional Experience in year(s): 5+

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with a focus on industrial products or chain hoists.
  • Strong understanding of chain hoist products and their integration into ERP systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. sales, marketing, business administration).
