Position Title: Sales Director, ETO, Industrial Cranes NEA 销售总监,特殊起重机,工业起重机东北亚区-上海

 
Principal Responsibilities岗位职责:
•Develops market / business plans and sales strategy for NEA ETO market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability;
•Manage and supervises ETO frontline sales to meet the growth and profitability objectives in NEA region;
•Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects;
•Maintains and expands customer base with the team; builds and maintains rapport with key customers; identifies new customer opportunities;
•Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance;
•Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed;
•Industry analysis and Account Management development in NEA;
•Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines;
•Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes;
•Develop and maintain customer relationships and identify customer needs ensuring provision of excellent service;
•Coach sales managers/engineers on sales techniques, procedures and standards that will help them achieve their sales targets;
•Other duties assigned by the manager.

 


Requirements任职要求:
Skills & Knowledge:
•Bachelor degree, major in engineering related is a plus;
•About 15 years sales working experience in Industry Company with 7 years working experiences in similar position.
•Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
•Rich working experience in waste to anergy, pulp and paper, aviation and other main engineered cranes application industries
•Solid MS office skills(word, excel, PPT);
•Active mind, highly committed, team player
•Very good organizational and communication skills;
•Good English skills in both oral and written
