Customer Service Representative ~ 5 Months Contract

Job Description:

 

  • Receives, processes and verifies all spare parts inquiries and provide customer with accuracy of offer by utilizing the organization’s internal sales tools or system.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all internal and external customers on all spare parts inquiries, feedbacks and requests.Responsible for sales coordination and liaison between customers/distributors and factories.
  • Active role in customer retention.
  • Coordinate with relevant logistics party for parts order and ensure that all parts are delivered to customer site accordingly.
  • Maintain customer record by updating accounts information and responsible to support customer’s quotation.
  • To plan, source, negotiate pricing and develop new potential vendors for economical procurements.Experienced in sourcing and procurement of heavy machinery, hardware and equipment spares.
  • Perform sales support functions or carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Handle customer’s Spare Parts claims/return in PROQ system.

 

Customer Service Skill and Qualification:

 

  • Diploma / Degree holder with minimum 2 – 3 years relevant working experience in crane or heavy machinery industries.
  • Basic computer knowledge with MS-Office, Outlook and effective browsing skill is an added advantage.
  • Outstanding communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill enabling one to deal with internal and external customer support professionally.
  • Analytical and meticulous with strong interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Excellent organizational and time management ability.
  • Capability to work both as an individual and as a team.
  • Success in this position requires an independent approach and good teamwork skills. You need to be target oriented and analytical with good communication skill in English, both spoken and written. Other language communication skill is considering as added value.
  • Able to start work immediately or short notice would be an advantage.
