JOB DESCRIPTION : Sales Lead Development Representative (SLDR)

 

REPORTS TO: Sales and Operations Development Manager

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage, prequalify, and forward Chat Window leads generated from our AME industrial equipment website pages to local sales consultants.
  • Immediately respond and prequalify leads generated from the following inbound lead sources: Crane Advisor, Build and Quote, Call Center, Partner Programs, Web form submissions, Live Demo requests and other inbound lead development programs.
  • Consult with customers regarding suitable lifting applications and answer technical questions.
  • Collaborate with sales management and sales consultants for outbound customer segment lead generation opportunities.
  • Outbound prospecting utilizing paid leads database, digital and social media platforms and existing customers CRM database.
  • Maintains daily activities in customer relationship management tools by tracking calls, emails, and interactions with customers during lead development process.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, technical studies, or related practical experience
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Well organized and must have excellent PC, written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Basic understanding of electrical and/or mechanical principles would be an asset.
