Talent Administration Specialist

Position: Talent Administration Specialist

 

Direct manager: Global HR Service Center Hub Lead

 

Role Description:

 

Talent Administration Specialist is part of a centralized team delivering Global HR Shared Services at Konecranes. This role is part of the Global HR Shared Services team, and the employee will work as an integrated member to support and facilitate HR services for the Americas (North, Central and South America) of Konecranes, but also other global tasks as required. This employee will be working with our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) SAP SuccessFactors, and talent administration processes to perform transactions, maintain and update employee data & documentation. This technical specialist will work closely with various employee groups – such as global process owners, HR colleagues and managers. This employee will also contribute to service transitions, process development and implementation projects in the proper process domain.

 

Key Tasks:

 

  • Supporting HR, recruiting, employees, and managers in the field (hires, internal transfers, terminations, onboarding, exit interviews, creating performance management documents, etc) through our internal HR ticketing system.
  • Maintaining and coordinating organizational digital data & changes to HRIS.
  • Preparing & running relevant reports and participating in system/process testing.
  • Registering employee trainings in our learning management system.
  • Developing and improving the efficiency of HR services by building effective HR knowledge base and by adopting best practices within talent administration.
  • Following the requirements of the General Data Protection regulation in daily work.
  • Other work-related duties may be assigned by management.

 

 Main role requirements:

 

  • Previous experience in HR / Backoffice processing with good understanding of Talent Administration, HR processes, employee lifecycle and preferably working with SuccessFactors (HRIS).
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is preferred.
  • Result driven team player with good implementation skills.
  • Business acumen and customer oriented working attitude.
  • Accurate; detail- and deadline-oriented - ability to work with strict deadlines.
  • Good computer, technical and excel skills and an ability & willingness to cross train and learn more.
  • Able to work fluently in English (written, spoken). Spanish and French language is an advantage, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
