Behind great service are great people. Our Service Technicians ensure that our customers’ crane systems and hoists run efficiently. As a Service Technician, you can expect to engage in a broad range of varying duties – from planned maintenance and servicing to solving complex tasks that challenge you as a professional within a variety of industrial environments.
We are currently seeking experienced Industrial Electricians to join our team in Stake Hill, Western Australia. Your role will include performing scheduled maintenance and repair work on overhead cranes and you will also get to challenge yourself on breakdowns where your troubleshooting skills and technical skills will really come into play.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Performing preventative maintenance and repairs, installation, testing and certification of electric overhead cranes and hoists
- Service inspection contracts
- Refurbishment and modernisation projects
- Installation, testing and certification of overhead cranes and hoists
- Trouble - shooting equipment breakdowns
- Consult with customers on repair and safety related issues
- Complete appropriate documentation through your mobile device.
About you:
- A team player with a passion for excellence
- Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in engaging with customers about their business and your findings
- Proven commitment to safety
- Electrical or Mechanical Trade qualification
- Experience with overhead cranes and hoists is preferred, however, full product training will be provided
- Ability to work at heights is a must
- Current and valid driver’s licence.
